Doha Nassif

Doha is a Sudanese pharmacy student at Africa International University. She is passionate about science, research, and public health, with a special interest in child health. A curious mind who loves reading and discovery, she sees writing as a way to raise awareness and shed light on meaningful health issues. She believes that if today’s children receive the care and rights they deserve, they will build a brighter and more inspiring future for all.
Sarah Hurley

My name is Sarah Hurley and I am a respiratory therapist with 16 years experience. For the last 13 years, I have worked in hospice with pediatric patients, with a mission to provide excellent care to both babies and parents. I strive to show compassion and understanding each day so that patients have a sense of respect and dignity while facing terminal illnesses. Recently, along with earning my bachelors degree in health science, I obtained my certification as an end-of-life doula. In my free time, I love the beach, mountains, and spending time with my children and grandchildren.

Tyler Hu
Tyler Hu is a student at the University of California, Irvine, who plans to pursue a career in medicine. He has contributed over 500 hours to ophthalmology research at Stanford Medicine and serves as a Medicare-certified hospice volunteer. He also tutors students from Myanmar through a nonprofit organization, helping them continue their education despite difficult circumstances. Tyler is passionate about making science and healthcare more accessible to families worldwide. In his free time, he enjoys exercising and creating content for Instagram.
Naman Chandi
Toshani Kapoor
Toshani is a sophomore at Owen J. Roberts High School in Pennsylvania. She wants to pursue a career in the healthcare field, particularly as a dermatologist or a gynecologist. She is involved in many clubs at school, like Pre-Med Club, HOSA, Global Health Club, and many more. Outside of school, she has 2 jobs and plays tennis for her school team. She is extremely hardworking and organized. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends, playing with her sister, and listening to music.
Kaitlym Freimuth
Kaitlyn graduated from Luther College with an Elementary Education major and a Spanish minor. She currently works at Walt Disney World and is a Magic Kingdom Guest Relations team member. She is hoping to grow her skill set and expertise in the digital marketing world. In her free time she is typically listening to Taylor Swift, traveling, and practicing her embroidery.
Solaris Ramcharan
Solaris is a high school junior living in Trinidad and Tobago. She has a passion for biology and hopes to work in the medical field one day. Even outside of school, she is still learning, always trying to further her knowledge in health and medicine. She is excited to use her passion to help educate the public about their own well-being.
